Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive at NetAmbit for L&T Sufin, Your Core will be in on boarding and create network of the buyer’s for the awareness and sales for L&T SuFin and will be responsible for identifying and targeting MSMEs, cultivating relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves a proactive approach to business development, understanding client needs, and positioning our products/services as solutions that add significant value to MSMEs.

Sales Representative/Executive:

Responsibilities : Sales representatives are on the frontline, actively reaching out to MSMEs/Societies, understanding their requirements, and pitching products or services that meet their needs.

Skills : Communication skills, negotiation skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships are crucial.

Field Executives at Small channels :( Suppliers)

Responsibilities: Account managers focus on building and maintaining relationships with MSME clients. They ensure that the client's needs are met and look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.

Skills: Relationship management, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the client's business.

Business Development Executive:

Responsibilities: Business development managers are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to penetrate new markets, and expanding the customer base.

Skills: Market research, lead generation, strategic planning, and a good understanding of the MSME landscape.

Graduate in any Stream

Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, with a focus on MSMEs.

Strong understanding of MSME market dynamics and challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
